This cozy stone house from the 1940s offers plenty of room
for larger groups. From the moment you step into the
entrance, a sense of calm greets you—and this relaxed
atmosphere flows seamlessly throughout the entire home.
The house has been designed and decorated for those who
truly want to enjoy their leisure time.
Villa Kyhlsvägen is nestled in a quiet, private garden setting
on the outskirts of Borrby, just 4 km from sandy beaches and
a seaside pool. All essentials in the village are within walking
distance—including a grocery store with postal service, a
pharmacy, bank, a few shops, cafés, a beautiful church, and
more.
We took over the house in February 2021 and immediately
began renovations with the goal of preserving and restoring
its period charm. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, a dining room, living room, and kitchen. The
basement is currently unfinished and houses a washing
machine and additional storage space.
In the garden, you’ll find a peaceful patio and a bright little
outhouse—perfect for cozy evenings or rainy days.
The house is available for rent year-round and comes fully
furnished and equipped for up to 10 guests. You can book
weekly stays with Saturday-to-Saturday changeovers (8,000
SEK during low season / 11,000 SEK during high season), or
choose to rent long-term on a monthly basis between
September and May (contact us for pricing).
Please note: Pets are not allowed, and smoking indoors is
strictly prohibited.

Road Description

In the middle of Österlen, in its heart, between Simrishamn
and Ystad lies the ancient and proud village of Borrby.
It is only 4km to Borrbystrand which offers a mile long white
lovely sandy beach and sea pool. In Borrby there are
necessities such as a grocery store with post office,
pharmacy, bank, some shops, café, beautiful church
and more.
